Your First Visit
When you first arrive to our office, our friendly team will give you a grand tour, showing you around our operatories and introducing different advanced technology to you. You’ll then meet with our treatment coordinator, who will collect your oral health history.
Once we’ve gathered the basics, you’ll get a chance to meet with the appropriate specialist who will conduct a thorough examination and provide you with a detailed overview of your treatment options. Before you schedule your procedure, our team will answer any questions you may have and discuss your insurance coverage and financing options with you. In some cases, we may be able to start treatment the same day!
Patient Forms
We ask that all of our new patients please fill out forms online, which you can access by clicking the link below. If you have any technical difficulties or need assistance, our team is happy to help—just give us a call! We ask our patients to do this beforehand to help streamline their first visit with us.
Dental & Medical Insurance
We are one of very few specialty offices that is in-network with all major dental insurance plans, allowing patients to maximize their coverage every chance we’re able to. We also accept medical insurance whenever possible, which often covers a higher portion of the cost of more extensive treatments than dental insurance will. Dental Financing
For our patients who are uninsured or underinsured, we’re proud to offer additional flexible financing to make paying for treatment as affordable as possible.
