Traditional Braces
An image of traditional braces is what usually comes up when people think about “orthodontics.” Using metal brackets and wires, Dr. Hao can place a carefully calculated amount of pressure onto the teeth to gently and gradually shift them into their ideal positions, eliminating gaps, crowding, and misalignment. Invisalign® Clear Braces
Invisalign clear aligners are virtually unnoticeable clear trays that are designed to be worn for 22 hours a day and provide similar results as braces. AcceleDent is a hands-free orthodontic device separate from treatment itself that can help speed up the rate at which the teeth move. It has a bite guard at the end that allows you to bite down, braces and all. It gently vibrates and uses SoftPulse® technology, which targets the roots and surrounding bone of the teeth to increase cellular activity and allow them to move more easily, with the ultimate goal of speeding up treatment time.
